CCG recruits for new analysts at the beginning of each semester. We're looking for driven freshman and sophomores eager to join our community of students focused on professional and personal development. Prior experience in consulting is not required, we look more for willingness to learn and a demonstrated level of commitment. Typically, we accept 10% of applicants into our analyst program.
