CCG recruits a new analyst class at the start of each semester. We seek driven first-years and sophomores who are excited to grow both professionally and personally. Prior consulting experience is not required, what matters most is a strong willingness to learn and a demonstrated commitment. Our analyst program is highly competitive, with an acceptance rate of approximately 10%.

Environment
CCG encourages members to ask questions and develop new skills. Our emphasis on collaboration allows our consultants to benefit from the mentorship of our leadership, giving them a chance to share the skills they’ve gained during their internships at top-tier consulting, finance, and tech firms. Members are also provided with extensive on-boarding training, as well as one-on-one case practice, workshops, and private visits to firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, and Accenture.
Culture
The CCG experience expands beyond the pre-professional sphere. We are a tight-knit community focused on fostering community. We host bonding events for individual project teams as well as the organization as a whole, with activities such as hikes, dinners, and ice skating. CCG also hosts a retreat every semester for the entire group to come together, relax, and have fun. Some past retreats include trips to Big Bear, Santa Monica, Malibu and Temecula.
